Below are some of the more recent projects we have been working on. They range in scope and requirements but all are based on client requirements. They include businesses that are in start up mode as well as established international businesses. Some were newly developed systems, others merged with existing business technologies.

Web - Online Bookings - web based bookings.

This web based program allows clients to make bookings with their details, services required, dates and totals the amount before sending a booking email. Dynamic javascript makes for a clean and fresh approach to entering booking information. Can be customised for your needs.

Help Desk - web based multiple user program for tracking help desk requests and servicing, automatic escalation, secure.

This web based program has admin and user security. It provides various data entry screens, reports and defaults foe all those helpdesk and servicing enquiries that many businesses encounter. Can be customised for your needs.

Production Tracking - track client orders and production.

This database generates orders, quotes, supply orders as well as estimates for production completion. Print and fax orders to suppliers, print production notes,. Assign materials, supplies and gather it all together in one invoice. Save time and money by automating paper based work. Can be customised to your needs.

Delivery Tracker - database for tracking trips, drivers, costs and clients

This database program has admin and user security. It allows the tracking of trips for clients, there vehicles, drivers, sites and costs per trip. Various reports are generated. Multiple default screens allow for quick and easy updates of information

Web - Online Business Card Ordering System

This system was integrated for a printing client's existing web site to allow their clients to edit and order their business cards online. It generated an email purchase sent to the client, kept a record of all orders, provided multiple account management and logons for clients, a history view and re-order mode based on the last order. It was written using ASP and SQLServer.

Web - Search Component for Products

Search components were integrated into a clients web site to allow search and display of their product pdf files. It allowed search by code, key words, titles etc. It displayed a set amount of items per page and allowed for next/previous page navigation etc. It was written in PHP and MySQL.

Cafe Delivery Orders

The focus of this program was to receive orders over the phone and to quickly add client details, menu orders, amounts and prices. This was printed and the menu orders delivered. Included were various reports for costings, credit bonuses and orders for daily or set date periods. This program allowed multiple staff logons and administration logon for various admin functions. It was running across a network. It was written using MS Office Access.

Flash Web Site

This web site was written in Flash to promote a photographic business. It used animations and a camera mode to display the client portfolio images, profile, links, contact via form and details, information and testimonials etc. We also set up the hosting, email, and .com name registration.

Client Orders, enquiries, sales Staff and SMS

This program tracked client orders and details. It also sent SMS text messages to sales staff for these orders. It was networked across computers. Orders were also placed on a web page in which sales staff could log on to and report on their client order progress. It was written using MS Office Access, PHP and MySQL.

Children Play and Party Bookings Database

This tracked play time attendance and party bookings. It printed various reports and merged with word documents for mail outs. It allowed various admin inputs for the program. It was written using MS Office Access.

 

Web - Social information and public input web site

This web site aimed at voicing social concerns and allowing the public to voice their opinions. There were various input and and response pages, a blog and uploading of images and social events. This web site wa written in PHP and MySQL.

Web - Business web site

This web site was created with client logos and content to promote their business to the public. It was optimized for search engines and used as a point of reference for their business marketing. Hosting, email and domain name registration was all included. Standard features included main page, faq, enquiries, contacts, services offered, referrals, logo creation etc.
