Systems Analysis and Design

We can analyse your I.T. requirements and provide a solution that is right for you. We listen to your issues and design a solution that fits your needs. To do this we may use information gathering techniques such as interviews, questionnaires, observation, existing documentation, data modeling and prototype designs. We will create a user specification document so you know exactly what you are getting. For complex projects a technical requirements document may be required.

Any set up and maintenance fees are by pre-arranged agreement.

Our initial standard meeting with you is free with no obligation. We will meet with you to consider your requirements and answer any questions. From here we follow a Software Development Lifecycle to produce software according to your needs. Every step is disclosed to the client and no work is commenced without client approval. Any modifications are also discussed with the client and only incorporated after approval. The first stage is a systems analysis and design stage in which information is gathered pertaining to the project requirements. From here a full costing and timeframe is prepared for the client. There are no hidden fees. All our software is tested and approved before it is installed and comes with warranty. Where possible we build solutions based upon templates and pre-built components to help reduce the cost for our clients.
